Diagnostic, Approval, and Timeline

• Diagnostic process: No free estimates. A $60 flat diagnostic covers basic non-invasive troubleshooting (spark, compression, fuel) to establish a baseline.
• If more troubleshooting is needed: If diagnostics are inconclusive or deeper/invasive troubleshooting is required, we contact you to approve more work or close the job at the $60 diagnostic fee.
• Quick-fix policy: If we find a quick fix (about 1 hour or less), we can complete it without delay when total cost stays under your default cap: $150 small engine or $500 tractor/heavy (or your custom approved limit).
• Queue expectations: Every unit is added to the queue at drop-off. Repair diagnostics are typically completed within 48 hours of arrival; service parts are ordered within 48 hours when needed.
• Turnaround timing: Clock for turnaround starts only after (1) diagnostic is complete and repair is approved, and (2) earlier queue items are complete or waiting on parts. Typical turnaround from work start: ~1 week for service, ~2 weeks for repairs, with seasonal variation.
• Budget protection: We never exceed your approved budget without contacting you first.
